Brad is a second-generation Realtor® who learned about owning a business and investing in real estate at a young age while accompanying his father Mike to various properties throughout Silicon Valley. Today, Brad is the broker and co-founder of a boutique real estate firm located in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose. With his team of top-performing real estate professionals with a combined 40+ years of experience (and over 1,000 homes sold), Brad consistently ranks in the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide according to RealTrends list of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.

Brad's ability to help his clients navigate complexities with confidence and enthusiasm has helped him stand out against his competition in an area where transacting in real estate can be extremely intimidating due to high prices and volatility. With over two decades of experience in real estate sales, finance, home renovation, construction, and land development, coupled with his degree in economics, Brad possesses the expertise necessary to allow his clients the assurance to move freely and transact wisely.

He has earned several professional certifications and designations, has been awarded numerous sales accolades, and has even appeared on local news broadcasts and national podcasts as an expert in his field.

Brad is caring and charismatic, whether he is working directly with a first-time homebuyer or mentoring one of his own team members. When he's not selling real estate or running his brokerage, Brad enjoys life with his wife and three children, attending local sporting events, hiking and exploring the local geography, or traveling to the mountains or the coast to enjoy a wide array of outdoor activities.
