My name is Tim and I hail from Bangor, Maine. I am currently residing in Dedham with my family. We cherish our time spent in the great outdoors, especially skiing in the winter and relaxing at our lake house and on our boat during the summer.
Before embarking on my career in real estate, I dedicated nine years of my life to the United States Air Force. My service included six years on Active Duty and three years in the Air National Guard, where I had the opportunity to be stationed in South Korea, Italy, Washington DC, and even serve a tour of duty in Afghanistan. In 2013, I returned to my roots in Maine and met my wife, Libby.
After spending a few years coaching year-round baseball and working at my family’s restaurant in Bangor, I decided to take the plunge into real estate. In 2018, I became an agent, and in my first year with NextHome, I received the Premier Sales Agent award, followed by the Masters Club Agent Award in my second year. In 2020, I decided to expand my horizons and established The Bush Group, which has grown into a successful team. In our inaugural year, we were honored with the Team Award of The Presidents Circle, which we achieved again in 2022.
As an investor, I have a passion for real estate and enjoy growing my portfolio. I currently own several long-term investments and operate a few short-term Airbnb properties. I find construction to be a thrilling process, and I have a few properties that we are renovating to their former glory.
My passion for real estate stems from providing for my family and helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. I truly embody our NextHome motto of Humans Over Houses®. In recent years, I have expanded my focus to agent development and training, finding fulfillment in helping my team reach their goals and assisting families along the way.
